The Jeppe Comrades seconding tables will once again be taking place this year on the identical principals as in the past. These tables are there for EVERYONE, not just the fast runners but also the slower runners. It is important that you take advantage of them, as personal seconding at five points on the race is virtually impossible. Supplementing the Comrades water points is essential, as both fast and slow runners need to take in additional carbohydrate and electrolytes.
