Tuesdays – Fridays:  5:10am from the Jeppe Quondam Car Park

Kudu’s
Tuesdays – Fridays :  5:15am from the Jeppe Quondam Car Park
Saturdays :  No Walk
Sundays :  As per Lindy’s Email which she sends out weekly.

Triathlon Section

Their Training Programme / Schedule is available from the Triathlon Captain,

Please note that running from Tasha’s on a Saturday morning has recently been
introduced in order to be able to have a cup of coffee after the run.

TRAINING PACES

Roans:  Between 4 – 5 mins / km
Sables:  Between 5 – 6 mins / km
Tsessebes:  Between 6 – 7 mins / km
Triathletes:  Run with any of the above groups, depending on own personal
pace
Duikers:  Between 7 – 8 mins / km
Kudus:  Between 8 – 9 mins / km
